In August, Benda Mold organized a technical exchange activity focused on “Factors Affecting Mold Performance in Block Machine Operation.” Teams from both sides shared experience and discussed the relationship between equipment conditions and mold performance.
During the exchange, the participants analyzed key factors related to mold operation, including the mold head, vibration table, and supporting components, from both static and dynamic perspectives. Through technical discussions and practical examples, both equipment and mold teams gained a deeper understanding of proper adjustment, maintenance, and operation.
This communication helped improve cooperation between mold manufacturers and production teams, contributing to longer mold service life, reduced downtime, and more stable production.
Benda Mold continues to promote technical exchange and cooperation, helping customers achieve more efficient and reliable concrete product manufacturing.
